Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your item, select your size, and add it to your cart. When you're ready, click the cart icon and follow the secure checkout steps. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so contact us as soon as possible at info@velvux.com if you need to make a change. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. Once it's on its way, it falls under our returns policy.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivery typically takes 4–6 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders within the United States — no minimum spend required.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, check your Spam folder or reach out and we'll resend it.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return an item?

Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags attached, no reason required. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color or item, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order for what you'd like. This gets your new item to you faster and makes sure you don't miss out if your size is selling quickly.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely over an encrypted connection.

Is it safe to pay on your site?

Absolutely. Our checkout uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment providers, and we never store your card details.

Sizing & products

What size should I choose?

Each product has its own size guide on the product page. If you're between two sizes, we usually recommend sizing up. And if it doesn't fit, returns are easy.

How should I care for my items?

Care instructions are included in each product description. As a general rule, washing cooler and air-drying helps your pieces look their best for longer.
