1. Overview

These terms apply to all orders placed through velvux.com, operated by Velvux, 24716 US-31, Jemison, AL 35085, United States.

2. Orders

Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or ship the items.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Accepted payment methods are described on our Payment Methods page. Shipping is free within Australia.

4. Shipping

Delivery terms are described on our Shipping page. Typical total delivery time is 5–8 business days from the time you place your order.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Liability

Products are provided as described. Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

For customers in Australia, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
