All prices on Velvux are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Every payment is processed securely over an encrypted SSL connection, and your card details are handled entirely by our certified payment providers — we never see or store them.

Is it safe to pay on Velvux?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted with SSL technology, and all transactions are handled by trusted, PCI-compliant payment processors. Your financial information is never stored on our servers. You can look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar as confirmation that your connection is secure.

When is my card charged?

Your payment method is charged at the moment you place your order, which allows us to begin processing right away. If you cancel before your order ships, or return your items under our returns policy, your refund is issued to the same payment method you used at checkout. Your bank may apply its own foreign transaction fee if your card is not issued in the currency of the transaction.

Do you charge any hidden fees?

Never. The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay, including GST — there are no surprise handling or processing fees, and shipping within Australia is free.

My payment was declined — what should I do?

A declined payment is usually down to a typo in the card details, insufficient funds, or your bank's security checks. Double-check your information and try again, or use an alternative payment method. If the problem continues, your bank will have the most detail — or you can reach us and we'll help where we can.
